Eligibility Criteria for Sashastra Seema Bal Recruitment
Educational Qualification:
- Specialist: Candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in the concerned specialty as per the information given in the official notification.
- General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO): Candidates should possess a recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. All GDMOs/Specialists so appointed will continue to hold office till they reach 70 years of age.
Age Limit (As of 01 Jul 2021): The minimum and maximum age of the candidate should be between 18 to 51 years. However, candidates with an age limit of up to 21 years will be given preference. Contact the department for more information.
